These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and eu999 governing your use of the eu999 platform, including all betting, casino, payment, bonus, and account services. eu999 is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. Registering with false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one active eu999 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and balances may be forfeited. Account sharing is strictly prohibited under these Terms.
All bonuses issued by eu999 are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of issue. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting and coordinated wagering, will result in cancellation of bonuses and suspension of the account.
eu999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing withdrawals. All payments are made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is not permitted.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their eu999 login credentials. eu999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by the player's failure to secure their credentials.

Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement. These Terms are available in English. Where translations may be provided for convenience, the English-language version shall govern in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
To be eligible to open and maintain an eu999 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
eu999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence for identity and age verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
eu999 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Where duplicate accounts are identified, eu999 reserves the right to close all but the first registered account, consolidate or forfeit balances at its sole discretion, and permanently suspend the Player from the platform.
Players are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their eu999 Account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. eu999 will not be held liable for any financial loss, data loss, or other damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Players must notify eu999 immediately via live chat or email support if they suspect that their Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. eu999 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receipt of such notification, but shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to notification.
Players must not:
eu999 reserves the right to close any Account and retain associated balances where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of Account responsibilities, pending investigation. eu999 shall notify the affected Player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before any balance retention is made final.
Deposits: eu999 accepts deposits via the approved payment methods listed on the platform. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the eu999 platform and are subject to change. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account upon confirmation from the payment provider. eu999 does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
Withdrawals: Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Processing Times: eu999 targets the following withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within five to fifteen minutes of approval; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) — within two to four business hours; cryptocurrency — subject to network confirmation times. These are target processing times and may be affected by payment provider delays, regulatory holds, or verification requirements outside eu999's direct control.
Fees: eu999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which eu999 accepts no responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering: eu999 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. eu999 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any transaction where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime, and may report such activity to relevant regulatory authorities without prior notice to the Player.
All bets placed and games played on eu999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or other game category. These product-specific rules are published within the eu999 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
Sportsbook: Bets are accepted only while the relevant betting market is open. eu999 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered due to a pricing or data error. In-play bets accepted after a relevant event (goal, wicket, point) has occurred but before our systems have registered the event may be voided at eu999's discretion. PSL and other cricket betting markets are governed by applicable cricket governing body rules with respect to match abandonment, weather interruptions, and revised targets.
Casino Games: Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical equipment used by the live dealer — cards, roulette wheels, dice — as certified by the applicable software provider. Video game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators. eu999 does not influence game outcomes and accepts no liability for losses arising from normal game variance.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet sizes are as displayed within each game or market on the eu999 platform. eu999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits without prior notice.
Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or human error that results in an incorrect odds display or game outcome, eu999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Players' Accounts. Winnings paid out due to a clear pricing or system error will be reversed, and eu999 will notify the affected Player of the reason for reversal.

All content on the eu999 platform — including but not limited to the eu999 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, data compilations, and database rights — is the exclusive intellectual property of eu999 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the eu999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any eu999 content without express written authorisation.
Third-party game content made available through eu999 is the intellectual property of the respective software providers and is used by eu999 under applicable licence agreements. Game providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective titles.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eu999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of or inability to use the eu999 platform, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not eu999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
eu999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the claim.
eu999 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. eu999 shall not be responsible for any disruption to platform access caused by internet connectivity issues, payment provider outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond eu999's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit eu999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
eu999 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming as an integral part of its platform operations. eu999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible from within the Account settings panel at any time:

Suspension by eu999: eu999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
During a suspension, the Player will not be able to deposit, bet, withdraw, or access Bonus Funds. Where the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. Where a material breach is confirmed, eu999 may permanently close the Account and, where funds were obtained through fraud or breach of these Terms, retain the associated balance.
Termination by Player: Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting eu999 support. Upon closure request, eu999 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests and return remaining Real Money Funds to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable time. Unclaimed Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
eu999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at eu999.bet/privacy-policy. By creating an eu999 Account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
eu999 collects personal data for the purpose of Account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where the Player has opted in — marketing communications. eu999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.
eu999 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is retained for the minimum period required by applicable regulatory obligations and thereafter securely deleted or anonymised.
eu999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the eu999 platform with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address or through a notification displayed upon login to the eu999 platform.
Continued use of the eu999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms. If a Player does not agree with any amendment, they must stop using the platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect. eu999 will honour all pending withdrawal requests and active bonus terms as at the date of Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eu999 holds its international gaming licence. Players expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled through eu999's internal complaints procedure.
Internal Complaints Procedure: Players are encouraged to first raise any dispute or complaint with eu999 customer support via live chat. eu999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and will endeavour to reach a resolution within five business days. Where a Player is not satisfied with eu999's resolution, they may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution body as directed by eu999.
